Followed Mao Tse Tung's ideology, Ho chi Minh, during the years of ruling had reinstated: "Rivals beside, enemies outside". It has been the fundamental of every communist regime around the world. And obviously itself has shown how non-logical and inhuman of such a motto, which would have been and still being rejected by all human kind.

We Vietnamese the nationalist, would continue to fight for the people of Vietnam, for the independence of Vietnam, for the self-governance of our country, for the progress, the happiness and the healthiness for each and every one in our country. We will not seek to adopt a fixed stance or theory but practical ones that accordingly and effectively applied to each step along the way.

But the ultimate aim of all Free Vietnamese overseas would be for Vietnam itself or for the country where we have been migrating and living? And there raised a question whether these countries need such a kind of struggle against communism? The answer is absolutely no!

Someone have continuously fought against "locally infiltrating communist" - a term used to describe pro communism individuals blending with and operating within Free Vietnamese communities - But where are they? What they are doing? And what the purpose of locating and neutralizing those infiltrators? Does that make any good for the whole effort back in our country? Or it would be only secondary goal?

Strategically and classically, these infiltrators are working toward the chance of an uprising to overthrow the ruling regime. In this argument they are in Australia, United Sates, Canada... where lived a significant number of new Vietnamese immigrants. They don't even have to conceal their communism banner since it would be as legitimate for communism to operate in these countries as any other political entity. However, communist party would never gain popularity among the native people, and they are not going to overthrow these governments either. But their long term purpose - in the case of Vietnamese communist infiltrators - would be to undermine and corrupt the Free Vietnamese communities in these countries.

Australian Communist was relatively in decent status during the term of Prime Minister Gough Withlam, Bill Hayden, the leftist Labor Party. But since Prime Minister Malcolm Frazer took office with his own policy to let the communist party to operate publicly, then marked the downside of it. The reason would be once the communist appears in the light of the public, it brought with them all the worst nature of the system of communist doctrine, such as power centralization, property nationalization, aggressiveness, expansionism... which was not interested by Western people.

Hence we would need to conform a method of struggling and find out in which direction we are heading, at least for the time being. Should we nevertheless step into what Ho chi Minh, Mao Tse Tung, Marx, Lenin... had done to their own people? (Destroy the rivals before confronting the enemies), or should we adopt an attitude that would be realistic and commonly accepted? The battle front now turns out to be Economy and Human Right! Once realized this fact, every one of us should focus on enriching and improving individual morality and prepare for a face-to-face struggle as well. Our enemies are not just communism but quite other things: any oppressive power that abuses individual's basic human rights and denies democracy. Meanwhile we should learn to augment the intellect of our people, help them to realize why and how to get out of the iron fist of communism and destroy that demon once and for all, not just for revengeful purpose!

If we couldn't clarify our goal, our cause would be meaningless. And we would see enemies everywhere, anyone that is not the same of our own political opinion would appear as a real opponent that must be eliminated.

And therefore we would surely be fighting for our own stubborn self-centered manner and it means no where to go!

Try to figure out this way: there are about 2 million Vietnamese overseas, with less than 10,000 Vietnamese in Western Australia. How many percentage of these numbers are communist infiltrators? And how effective are these infiltrators if compared to the communist party with full political privileges being operating freely? Right or wrong that the only way to liberate Vietnam is to attack and neutralize these infiltrators first hand? For how long to the last one? By which means under local law and policies? Further more, with this presume, 70 million people in Vietnam would be all enemies?

We are walking hand-in-hand on the long way toward our common goal: freedom and democracy for our country and our people. It would not be proper to assert this attitude: You're wrong, certainly I am right, only I am the one deserves the highest prize!

We once more here to confirm that we will not need and never seek to be the first for the prize(?) but merely a small factor to push for our right cause, helping to faster disintegrate the communism in Vietnam and around the world. (Remember that communism is only a self-formed and self-dissolved process). In whole, we are just an alloy in a mixture, a grain of sand among others in a vast desert. We equipped ourselves with only the conscious and spirit of Vietnam, our Mother Land. The final result must be rewarded to our Vietnamese People, not just any individual group or any political power whatsoever. And our forever goal is to be continuously fighting for Vietnam, our beloved country and other countries still be under communist occupation.
